However Eddy Kray the Cockroach and Boris Spider kidnap Hicky and use Percy’s invention to steal the dance trophies from Log Hall. Plenty of silliness throughout the story as with the Quarry Grove stories.

Your writing style is quite unique. The description of the characters is so clear that I can actually picture all those tiny, full of themselves, creatures, alive. I loved that part where the decision about taking or not taking a shower became so difficult for Hicky. It cracked me up. I am a bigggg fan of your writing.
